  • 044 Snatching the 28 and 32 3x/week. Locomotive training is rucking my son 2x/week, one long and one short. He keeps getting heavier. I do lots of getups and never do enough intentional breathing.

    @Aris Since training the OAOLPU I have aggravated a pinched nerve in my cervical spine and currently have a wrist ligament injury

    nope.. I seem to be able to snatch fine... unless I go too heavy, too fast.which, of course, I had to learn by going too far
