trying not to hurt myself... learning what I can do while dealing with chronic knee pain and trying not to get fat. Oh, and I never do enough intentional breathing.

@Aris Since training the OAOLPU I have aggravated a pinched nerve in my cervical spine and currently have a wrist ligament injury

nope.. I seem to be able to snatch fine... unless I go too heavy, too fast.which, of course, I had to learn by going too far
